The estate is located in a very quiet and sunny position well away
from the hustle and bustle of city life but, at the same time, it
is within easy reach of Lucca. The property extends for about 30 hectares
and has a small, unrenovated antique villa and other buildings such
as stables, houses and an ancient olive press. Each apartment has
it's own small private area of the natural gardens with table, chairs
and deck chairs for outdoor living and relaxing. There is ample parking
